Do it yourself web design

I have been making websites since 1994. I have worked with several services including Godaddy.com Yahoo and Hostway to name just a few. Each had their strong and weak points.
A couple years ago I found Voda Host and fell in love with their service the first day I used it. Unlike other services you get everything up front. I was amazed to find you get Soho Launch free. Not the one that most services push but the pro version(most offer a month of the pro to get you hooked but then you have to pay $100 to Soho to keep it). For those not aware what Soho Launch is, it is a website and store (great shopping cart built in) builder that works with drag and drop modules. It isn't a lame site builder like I think Go Daddy and Yahoo has, and although Hostways site builder is a little better it in no way compares with Soho Launch.
Another way to build your website using their service is to use their own offline editor they give you for free. Mind you I have Adobe and Web Expressions , 2 of the most costly designers. Still I have found using Blue Voda enables a beginer to create a quality website that compares with one built using them . . Blue Voda only works with Voda host and is designed by Voda Host. You will be surprised at how easy it is to use and how many powerful features it has.
I won't go into all the things Voda Host comes with but It has store builders, Blogs, C Panel access including being able to change Mime settings which makes it easy to set it up to do OTA s for Blackberry Phones. You also get unlimited bandwidth and space so you don?t have to watch how big you site gets.
All the above makes for a great service but the part that makes it stand out even more for a newbie is their how?to videos for how to use just about everything. To make it even better their active forum will get you answers to any question you may have.
I now have branded servers of my own that we set up our websites on. This said I still have a couple accounts on Voda that I have set up websites for people to be able to make changes using their builder. It is by far the best service for a beginner or someone who has been doing it as a hobby.
